It is not a programme or a system, but a way of being, a culture.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Local Shared Ministry helps us to recognise<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> That every congregation is a ministering community, not a community gathered around a minister.<\/li>\n<li> That every member is a minister<\/li>\n<li> That all the baptised have gifts and to release them for the good of the Church.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">&#8220;It is one and the same Spirit, distributing as he decides to each person, who produces all these things.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><em> 1 Corinthians 12.11<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Local Shared Ministry has led to the growth and development of all members of the Christ Church family.
